The speakers agreed that building One Africa cannot depend on governments. Unity has to start with ordinary Africans making it a personal responsibility. Communities, young people and women can drive change through education, entrepreneurship, cultural exchange and technology. Several speakers stressed that Africa becomes stronger when Africans develop their own skills, fight corruption, use their resources wisely and reject divisions like xenophobia. They reminded everyone that early Pan-Africanists saw Africa as one family, not separate territories.
The discussion ended with Nana Akua’s health session, where she encouraged everyone to take control of their own well-being through holistic and natural practices. Her message matched the theme of the day: Africans must reclaim power over their lives—socially, economically and in their health—to build a united Africa.
